主講內容：
This report presents a specific theory which utilizes quantitative methods for good management and good international cooperations: Negotiation Engineering. Following theoretical illustrations, two cases are presented as application examples, they are Switzerland – EU Transport Agreement, and Iran – P5+1 Nuclear Talks. This shows that scientific methods can be of great value in real world mangement.
首先報告管理和國際合作實踐中需要的一種理論方法：談判工程，在理論分析的基礎上，列舉了兩個案例，一是與國際物流運輸通道相關的瑞士-歐盟運輸協議談判過程，二是瑞士參與協調的伊朗-P5+1核對話談判案例，用于說明科學方法在重要管理問題中的應用意義。
